Facilities Maintenance Issues or Suggestions

If you notice something that needs to be addressed in the buildings or on the grounds, please use the form below to record.  The same goes for any suggestions on improvements you might have.  The office, the Council member representing Facilities & Maintenance, and the Facilities Manager will receive the request via email and will address the issue.  If they need more information, someone will contact you.
