Constitution and Annual Meeting Information

The ELCA has adopted changes to the model constitution that the ELCA requests individual congregations conform with.  Our constitution was updated and approved by the congregation at the 1/29/23 Annual Meeting.  Amendments must be ratified at the 2024 annual meeting to be held 1/28/24.

If you wish to see a copy of the updated constitution/bylaws, you can contact the church office to either receive it via email or to get a paper copy or contact Su Erickson.

Annual Meeting Highlights 

Thank you for your participation in the annual meeting. Members elected new council members, approved the 2024 Mission Spending Plan and ratified the two constitutional amendments. See below for the 2023 Annual Report and the Mission Spending Plan for 2024.
